1. Refund/Cancellation Policy
Scope of Policy: This policy applies to all software products and services provided by Wipvelly Software Pvt. Ltd.
2. Cancellation Requests:
Notice Period: Customers must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the intended cancellation date.
How to Cancel: Cancellations can be requested by emailing info@wipvelly.com.
3. Refunds:
Subscription Services: If you cancel a subscription service, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
One-Time Purchases: One-time software purchases are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date.
4. Impact on Services:
Immediate Cancellations: Services will cease immediately upon processing the cancellation request.
Data Access: Customers will have access to their data for a period of 30 days post-cancellation, after which all data will be deleted from our servers.
5. Exceptions:
Breach of Contract: If the cancellation is due to a breach of contract by Wipvelly Software Pvt. Ltd., customers may be entitled to a full refund regardless of the notice period.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, cancellation terms may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.
